The PBR102-S™ is the next generation indoor photo bioreactor for outdoor algae production ponds, large-scale bioreactors, and teaching tools for algae laboratories. The PBR102-S is a fully programmable instrument that includes the original cool white LED (4000K) and can accommodate the FSL200 light as a separate add-on.

  • Set pH sampling schedul
  • Set stir motor speed
  • Schedule optical Density sampling

The Phenometrics Algal Command™ software enables remote, programmable adjustment of key parameters of the culture’s environment:

  • Variable light intensity up to full sunlight (≤ 3000 μmol photons m-2 s-1)
  • Ability to control and adjust light and temperature over diurnal cycle
  • Ability to measure and control pH
  • Mixing by magnetic stirrer or bubbling (sparging)
